LiteLLM is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (New Grad) to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring customer success with LiteLLM's AI Gateway, primarily by managing customer interactions within the support queue. The ideal candidate will be highly technical, capable of deeply understanding and resolving customer issues by identifying root causes rather than superficial fixes. This position requires a proactive approach to unblocking customers and ensuring they achieve success with the product.
Responsibilities
- Manage the support queue and resolve tickets to ensure customer success.
- Diagnose customer issues and address the root cause.
- Reproduce customer issues within their specific environments.
- Submit pull requests for bug fixes and product improvements.
- Serve as the technical advocate for customers to the engineering team.
Requirements
- A computer science degree from a top university.
- Strong technical fundamentals and a quick learning ability for the LiteLLM product.
