LiteLLM is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to champion customer success for our leading open-source AI gateway. In this customer-facing role, you will engage directly with our most important accounts, ensuring their successful adoption and utilization of LiteLLM. You will be responsible for regular check-ins, assisting with product rollouts, and resolving any feature requests or bugs encountered by developers. Responsibilities
- Manage and drive success for the top 30 most important customer accounts.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring timely resolution of issues and consistent customer communication.
- Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks by enhancing product usage and ensuring customer readiness for renewals.
- Influence the product roadmap by identifying and communicating significant technical gaps and opportunities to the product team.
Requirements
- Possess deep technical understanding and practical experience with the LiteLLM product.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus and commitment to ensuring customer success.
- Exhibit a preference for addressing root causes of issues over temporary fixes.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and verbally, maintaining a calm and responsive demeanor, particularly on Slack.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your own backlog and priorities based on customer needs.
- Show a strong inclination towards thorough problem understanding.
