We are seeking engineers to build a complex AI-native product within a small, high-caliber team. Our platform facilitates AI-moderated video interviews at scale, connecting millions of individuals with companies and soon, AI agents themselves. We are developing a system that simulates human behavior and preferences to inform product development at AI speed, creating a closed-loop system where AI agents can iterate on product features based on human feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop parts of the product across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and UX.
- Scope and execute work independently, considering customer needs and making informed decisions.
- Address technical challenges in areas like large-scale databases, emotional intelligence in AI, preference modeling, and building a Human API.
- Contribute to the evaluation of AI-generated qualitative outputs.
- Push the limits of large language models by working with frontier model labs and identifying model weaknesses.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively through writing.
- Contribute to language design and compiler details.
Requirements
- Ability to solve problems end-to-end.
- Experience as a founder or a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Commitment to accuracy and root cause analysis.
- Excitement about working with and pushing LLMs.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Highly technical with a deep understanding of programming details.
- Experience coding from a young age is a plus.
