We are seeking engineers to build a complex AI-native product within a small, high-caliber team. Our platform operates AI-moderated video interviews at a massive scale, connecting millions of individuals and utilizing AI to conduct open-ended conversations. The goal is to bridge the gap between AI capabilities and human needs, with a vision to eventually serve AI agents as customers. The platform aims to simulate human behavior at scale, analyzing reactions to new ideas, decision-making processes, and market shifts, all accessible through a 'Human API' that allows AI agents to test features and iterate on product development at AI speed.
Responsibilities
- Solve problems end-to-end across the LLM pipeline, infrastructure, backend, and UX.
- Own parts of the product and make decisions across the full stack.
- Scope and execute work independently, considering customer needs.
- Identify and address root causes when issues arise.
- Push the limits of frontier LLMs and work with model labs on new releases.
- Communicate complex ideas effectively in writing.
- Contribute to the development of AI-first products like Study Composer and Research Agent.
- Evaluate qualitative AI outputs to enable further optimization.
Requirements
- Strong technical background, with a passion for details from language design to compilers.
- Experience or strong interest in being a founder, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to move fast while prioritizing correctness and root cause analysis.
- Excitement about working with and pushing the boundaries of LLMs.
- Excellent written communication skills for independent work.
- Ability to own end-to-end processes and grow with the company.
