About the job
Legora is seeking a Workplace Technology Lead for its Stockholm office. This role is responsible for all technical aspects of the employee and guest experience within the office, including onboarding, hardware, audio-visual (AV) equipment, cabling, and physical security infrastructure. The Lead will manage the day-to-day operations, support new hire technology onboarding, and oversee AV systems for meetings and events. This position also involves program management for physical system installations during office buildouts, managing the local hardware lifecycle, and acting as the primary escalation point for technical issues. The role requires close collaboration with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless technology integration and support.
Responsibilities
- Own Stockholm's workplace technology end-to-end, managing the daily experience for staff and guests.
- Lead Workplace Technology Staff at the site and perform tasks directly where no staff are present.
- Manage the technology aspects of new-hire onboarding, including device setup, account provisioning, and initial tool access.
- Oversee the AV and conferencing systems for meeting rooms, all-hands events, and other gatherings.
- Program manage physical systems installation during office buildouts, including cameras, access control, and structured cabling.
- Manage the local hardware lifecycle, including provisioning, inventory, repairs, and returns.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues beyond first-line support.
- Resolve local requests through the shared service desk, adhering to common SLAs and automated routing.
- Oversee site technology spend, including AV, hardware, and vendor costs, and contribute to budget forecasting.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT, workplace technology, AV, or facilities-adjacent technical operations.
- Proven experience running on-site buildouts end-to-end.
- Ability to incubate a site, starting as the sole technologist and building a team as the office grows.
- Strong program management skills, including scoping fit-outs, managing installers and vendors, and handling budgets.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to be physically present in the office five days a week.
- Calm demeanor, ability to act as a steady manager and develop team members.
- High standards and a drive to set benchmarks for other sites.
- Familiarity with running support through ITSM/service-desk platforms and adopting AI-assisted automation.
