  • Build AI-native user experiences for administrators, reimagining configuration, monitoring, and reasoning capabilities.
  • Partner with enterprise buyers and senior stakeholders (CIOs, managing partners, general counsels) to understand requirements and translate them into product.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to deliver secure, high-quality capabilities with a strong emphasis on craft and reliability.

  • Proven track record of partnering with enterprise buyers and administrators, and engaging with senior stakeholders like CIOs, CISOs, and legal/compliance leaders.
  • Strong product judgment with the ability to balance security/governance rigor with startup speed and ambition.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with a history of close partnership with design, engineering, security, and go-to-market functions.
  • High standards, low ego, and a bias toward ownership and outcomes.
  • Genuine interest in solving novel problems related to governing and operating AI-native software at enterprise scale.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Medical, Dental & Vision insurance options
