We analyze thousands of documents in minutes and power end-to-end workflows, cutting through complexity so teams can focus on judgment, strategy, and outcomes. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will build, review, and ship amazing products that assist legal professionals globally. You will have the opportunity to work across the entire tech stack with clear ownership and autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement features for the web platform.
- Take ownership of the codebase, balancing code quality, security, and development speed.
- Work with technologies including Node.js, Postgres, Elasticsearch, AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes.
- Review code and mentor junior colleagues to support their development.
- Drive continuous improvement and challenge the status quo.
- Travel regularly to Stockholm for onboarding, collaboration, and product milestones.
Requirements
- Several years of experience building great products using cutting-edge technologies.
- Comfortable working across the entire tech stack, with a focus on backend development.
- Autonomous and takes pride in the code written.
- A problem solver who can come up with creative solutions and think holistically about software architecture.
- Experience in infrastructure and integrations is a plus.
