Legora is seeking a People Tech Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This role will focus on the design, implementation, and scaling of the systems, tools, and data infrastructure that support people operations. You will work hands-on across the HR tech stack, partnering with various departments to ensure our people infrastructure scales effectively with the company's expansion. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can balance technical execution with long-term strategic thinking, aiming to make people systems largely invisible and enabling great work without friction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the HRIS, ATS, document management systems, and their integrations.
- Configure systems for scalability, security, and compliance, anticipating future needs.
- Maintain data accuracy, system reliability, and technical documentation.
- Evolve integrations for seamless data flow between systems.
- Ensure strong data governance, quality, and integrity across people systems.
- Translate HR operations and regulatory requirements into scalable, system-driven processes.
- Automate processes such as onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and lifecycle events.
- Design user-centric processes and conduct training for non-technical users.
- Deploy and operate AI-enabled tooling for high-volume people processes.
- Partner with the People function to identify and enable adoption of AI tools.
Requirements
- Systems-oriented builder and self-starter with a focus on automation and standardization.
- Ability to balance technical execution with long-term thinking for organizational scaling.
- 4+ years of experience managing internal or people technology in high-growth environments.
- Deep, hands-on experience with modern HRIS platforms and the HR technology ecosystem.
- Technical fluency to configure, maintain, and evolve cloud-based integrations and workflows.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating quickly.
- Experience with people analytics and dashboarding/reporting is a plus.
- Experience with building agents/agentic workflows is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with configurations in Hibob and Ashby is a plus.
