Legora is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to architect and scale a global learning engine for its legal AI platform. This role involves transforming system integrators, tech partners, and hyperscalers into expert ambassadors by creating interactive workshops, certification paths, and playbooks. The ideal candidate will translate complex legal engineering concepts into dynamic learning experiences, bridging external ecosystems and internal product leaders to build a category-defining enablement program from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end partner enablement across the ecosystem, designing and delivering programs for GSIs, technology partners, and cloud & AI partners.
- Build a tiered certification program with evaluation criteria to guide partners from onboarding to advanced stages.
- Deliver live enablement sessions, including workshops and technical deep dives, translating platform capabilities into practical skills.
- Create and maintain a reusable content library with playbooks and best-practice guides for scalability.
- Serve as the internal voice of the partner ecosystem, collaborating with Product, Sales, Legal Engineering, and Marketing.
- Define, track, and report on enablement metrics to refine the program.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in Partner Enablement, Solutions Engineering, Legal Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Technical Partner Enablement.
- Legal background strongly preferred (practicing law, legal ops, or legal engineering).
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for teaching technical platform capabilities to external audiences.
- Hands-on operational knowledge of agentic platform architecture, workflows, and technical applications.
- Experience building enablement programs across multiple partner types (e.g., GSIs, ISVs, hyperscalers) is a plus.
- Comfort defining and reporting on partner enablement metrics.
- Familiarity with partner portal / PRM tooling is a plus.
