We partner with over 1,000 customers across 50+ countries, including top-tier legal teams and global corporations. This role sits at the intersection of law, technology, and product, supporting SMB clients across EMEA. You will help lean legal teams adopt and scale Legora, delivering real outcomes quickly by working closely with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Go-To-Market teams.
Responsibilities
- Support SMB client onboarding, pilots, and adoption across EMEA, ensuring clients achieve value quickly and confidently.
- Configure and execute standard use cases end-to-end using templates, refining them based on user feedback.
- Deliver clear, tailored demos and training to diverse audiences, emphasizing the value of each feature.
- Capture user insights and translate them into actionable product feedback to drive platform improvements.
- Document best practices and contribute to playbooks for consistent, excellent outcomes across the SMB client base.
- Manage discrete workstreams on larger client programs, overseeing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- Completed an LLB (2:1) or equivalent, with some legal work experience (e.g., paralegal, trainee, intern, in-house placement).
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Tech-curious and product-minded, with an interest in experimenting with AI tools and learning product features.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate between legal and technical concepts clearly.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, capable of evaluating outputs and proposing improvements.
- Proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage expectations and escalate risks.
- Comfortable with SMB dynamics, understanding their need for speed-to-impact and practical guidance.
