Our platform helps clients analyze thousands of documents rapidly, streamline workflows, and focus on strategic outcomes. We partner with leading legal teams globally and have achieved significant ARR growth. This role is at the intersection of law, technology, and product, supporting SMB clients across EMEA. You will help these teams adopt and scale Legora, driving real outcomes quickly by working closely with Legal Engineers, Customer Success, Product, and Go-To-Market teams. Your efforts will bridge the gap between initial value and repeatable workflows, while your insights will directly influence product evolution.
Responsibilities
- Support SMB client onboarding, pilots, and adoption across EMEA to ensure quick and confident value realization.
- Configure and execute standard use cases end-to-end using templates, refining them based on user feedback.
- Deliver tailored demos and training to diverse audiences, emphasizing feature value and functionality.
- Capture user insights and translate them into actionable product feedback for platform improvements.
- Document best practices and contribute to playbooks for consistent client outcomes.
- Manage discrete workstreams within client programs, overseeing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- LLB (2:1) or equivalent, with some legal work experience (e.g., paralegal, trainee, intern, in-house placement).
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Tech-curious and product-minded, comfortable experimenting with AI tools and learning product features.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate between legal and technical concepts clearly.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
- Proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage expectations and escalate risks.
- Understanding of SMB client needs, valuing speed-to-impact, clarity, and practical guidance.
