Responsibilities
- Support client-facing pilots, onboarding, and training to maximize Legora platform utilization.
- Design and evaluate use cases demonstrating AI capabilities on real legal tasks like contract review, research, and drafting.
- Gather user insights and translate them into actionable feedback for product enhancements.
- Document best practices and create internal playbooks for scaling legal AI deployment.
Requirements
- Exposure to and interest in law; JD preferred, or legal/legal innovation work experience (e.g., paralegal, clerk).
- 0-2 years of experience (Trainee/paralegal level).
- Tech curious and eager to engage with AI, product features, and workflow automation.
- Not afraid to experiment with prompt engineering.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between legal and technical teams.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to evaluate AI outputs.
- Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity.
