Legora is seeking an AI Enablement Lead to join their growing team. This role is crucial for ensuring that every team at Legora can effectively build, use, and govern AI. As the AI Enablement function is currently managed by one person, this position offers significant ownership and the opportunity to manage engineers, translate business needs into actionable plans, and become the central point of contact for all AI-related matters within the organization. This is a high-ownership, generalist role for an individual energized by ambiguity, who prefers to figure things out and deliver results rather than wait for detailed instructions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate agent and internal tool builds with engineers, ensuring project progress and translating business needs into technical direction.
- Run training sessions, workshops, and develop documentation to facilitate AI adoption across teams.
- Build and expand an AI champions program throughout the organization.
- Provide day-to-day support to ensure successful AI enablement.
- Draft and implement guidelines, access policies, and usage guardrails for AI.
- Establish standards that enable rapid and safe AI implementation.
- Act as a connector across all streams, building relationships and touchpoints to enhance the visibility and trustworthiness of the AI Enablement function.
Requirements
- Possess a technical foundation, such as an engineering degree or equivalent, with sufficient coding exposure to engage effectively with engineers.
- Have several years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as operations, strategy, product management, consulting, or program management.
- Demonstrate a strong affinity for AI, consistently utilizing AI tools and a desire to deepen understanding.
- Exhibit true generalist capabilities, comfortable shifting between strategy, delivery, and people-focused tasks within the same day.
- Possess exceptional learning agility, quickly grasping complex or unfamiliar subjects and incorporating feedback efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with a collaborative, low-ego style.
