LangChain is seeking a System Integrator Alliance Manager to foster and grow partnerships with system integrators (SIs) building on their AI agent platform. This role is crucial for ensuring SIs are technically capable and commercially aligned to successfully deliver AI agent deployments using LangChain. You will build relationships with practitioners, provide technical enablement, create co-sell motions, and develop joint go-to-market programs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the SI ecosystem and a genuine technical fluency in AI, particularly LLMs and agent architectures, to drive measurable pipeline and build impactful partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of SI partnerships, including global, regional, and boutique specialists.
- Drive joint pipeline with SI partners through co-selling, QBRs, and attribution tracking.
- Design and deliver partner enablement programs such as certifications, training, delivery playbooks, and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with solutions engineering and product teams to address partner technical questions.
- Represent partner needs internally to product, support, and commercial teams.
- Develop co-marketing and thought leadership initiatives with key partners.
Requirements
- 10+ years in alliance management, partner sales, or business development with direct experience working with SIs, GSIs, or consultancies.
- Genuine technical fluency in AI or developer tooling, with the ability to credibly discuss LLMs, agent architectures, and developer workflows.
- Proven track record of building SI partnerships that drove measurable pipeline.
- Ability to manage relationships across multiple levels, from engineers to C-suite.
- Experience at a developer tools or AI/ML infrastructure company is a plus.
- Existing relationships at major SIs or management consultancies with active AI practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or LangSmith is a plus.
