  • Establish and maintain LangChain's brand voice and quality standards across all external communications.
  • Collaborate with the brand lead to align brand direction, voice, visual identity, and messaging.
  • Contribute to brand initiatives like awareness campaigns and out-of-home advertising, ensuring narrative and brand alignment.
  • Partner with the social lead to ensure social media strategy amplifies core themes and narratives.
  • Develop a shared vision for rich media formats (video, audio) to build audience and credibility.
  • Analyze performance across content, comms, brand, and social to refine strategic direction and identify resonant narratives.
  • Lead the creative direction for brand design, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all channels.
  • Provide strong creative partnership and feedback to the brand designer to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Develop and mentor the brand, social, and design team through close collaboration and constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to set narrative direction and ensure output is sharp and consistent.
  • Experience leading and developing a team of creative professionals.
  • Player-coach mentality with the ability to both set strategy and execute hands-on.
  • Strong opinion on what constitutes high-quality creative and narrative work.
  • Experience in press and media relations, including building and managing relationships with journalists.
  • Experience shaping executive visibility and thought leadership content.
  • Experience planning and executing communications for major company events and announcements.
