This role is for an early-career engineer focused on helping customers adopt and deploy AI agents in production. You will work directly with customer engineering teams to co-architect and build AI agent systems, ensuring they are reliable and scalable. The position involves a blend of pre-sales technical wins, post-deployment advisory, and providing feedback to the product team. You will be instrumental in shaping how AI agents are built and used in the real world, working on challenging problems in applied AI with a fast feedback loop and visible impact.
Responsibilities
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams.
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs and answering technical questions.
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications.
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap decisions.
- Build and run tailored demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences.
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code.
- Interface with the engineering, product, and design team to share field perspectives and guide product direction.
- Occasionally contribute code upstream to improve customer outcomes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar technical role.
- Strong Python, JavaScript, and systems fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls.
- Strong technical communication skills and builder credibility.
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly and translate complex AI concepts.
- Build trust with technical customers and engineering teams.
- Excited to work directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations.
- Take responsibility for outcomes.
- Bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go.
- Excited about shipping AI agents in production.
