About the job

LangChain is seeking its first Demand Generation Lead for EMEA, Middle East, and Emerging Markets to own the company's presence and pipeline generation in the region. This role involves developing and executing localized demand generation strategies, partnering with various marketing functions, and running experiments to scale successful programs into a repeatable regional playbook. You will be a builder with central support from US-based demand gen, product marketing, and marketing ops teams, shaping how LangChain's platform, including LangSmith, is adopted in the real world.

Responsibilities

  • Build the EMEA demand plan, defining markets, segments, channels, and expected returns.
  • Own and report on an EMEA pipeline target, tracking sourced and influenced pipeline by channel and market.
  • Allocate the regional demand budget for localized programs.
  • Execute full-funnel demand generation programs including paid digital, webinars, integrated campaigns, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Partner with performance marketing on localized 3rd party promotion, paid search, paid social, and retargeting.
  • Run a regional cadence of webinars, including live demos, thought leadership, technical workshops, and customer stories.
  • Adapt global narratives and build region-first integrated campaigns.
  • Develop segmented nurtures and post-event follow-up for regional leads, considering language and time zones.
  • Collaborate with EMEA AEs and SDRs to understand regional conversion drivers and co-design follow-up plays.
  • Partner with Field Marketing on joint regional plans and sales team alignment.
  • Support new-hire ramp by identifying warm signals and sharing campaign details.
  • Collaborate with RevOps on targeting, routing, campaign tracking, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns, preferably in developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building demand programs in EMEA across multiple countries, understanding localization needs.
  • Experience running paid digital, webinars, lifecycle marketing, and ABM campaigns.
  • Ability to write copy, build landing pages, pull reports, and launch campaigns independently.
  • Comfortable with a technical product and audience; able to discuss agents, evals, and observability.
  • Strong partnership skills with AEs and SDRs, comfortable with pipeline targets.
  • Proficiency in funnel conversion metrics, CPL, cost per SQO, pipeline contribution, and attribution.
  • Working command of modern marketing stack tools including Hubspot, Influ2, Qualified, Goldcast, Zoom Webinar, Zapier, SFDC, Reo.dev, and Clay.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership.

Benefits

  • Equity
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Flexible vacation
  • 401(k) plan
  • Meals on in-office days (US)
  • Locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations (EU, UK, APAC)
