Responsibilities
- Expand and maintain the foundational data stack including Looker, dbt, BigQuery, and Airbyte.
- Develop LookML and dbt models to define business logic and support self-serve analytics.
- Integrate data from various sources like Salesforce, Stripe, Metronome, and Clickhouse into the BigQuery warehouse.
- Create dashboards to monitor progress against company goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze product usage and operational data to identify trends in customer health, adoption, and revenue.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of business metrics to align priorities and inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Possess 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in BigQuery (or similar), dbt, Looker/LookML, Airbyte (or similar), and Segment.
- Exhibit a detail-oriented approach, enjoy data exploration, and effectively synthesize findings.
- Bring curiosity and strong business acumen to anticipate needs and generate insights.
- Possess startup DNA, enabling effective work in fast-paced and unstructured environments.
- Be self-directed and proactive in making an impact without waiting for explicit direction.
