LangChain is seeking an AI Engineer, Enablement to set the technical foundation for how customers learn to build reliable agents with the LangChain ecosystem. This role involves teaching teams to work effectively with LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, and LangSmith through instructor-led workshops, written content, and reference implementations. You will collaborate closely with the broader Go-To-Market organization to ensure customers have the skills and confidence to build independently. The ideal candidate has experience building real agent systems, understands their tradeoffs, and possesses a passion for teaching, whether through large workshops or one-on-one debugging sessions. You will also contribute to building internal agents and tools to enhance the Enablement team's efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver live, hands-on workshops to build product fluency.
- Create enablement assets such as tutorials, reference implementations, and best-practice guides.
- Provide technical guidance and host office hours for customer questions.
- Build internal agents and tools to improve the Enablement team's operational efficiency.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, relaying friction points to Product and Engineering teams.
- Stay current on agent engineering practices and integrate new learnings into teaching materials.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building LLM/agent applications, including designing agent architectures and evaluation strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Python and comfort writing and debugging code live.
- 2+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Enablement, Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering).
- Experience designing and delivering live technical workshops.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver high-quality technical training programs (workshops, tutorials, documentation, video guides).
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Comfort operating independently in ambiguous environments and managing multiple customer engagements.
- Curiosity to stay at the forefront of agent engineering trends and incorporate learnings into enablement materials.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
