Inworld is seeking a Product Lead to drive the development of real-time AI models and products for consumer-facing applications. This role is a blend of strategy and hands-on execution, requiring you to set direction, make critical prioritization decisions, and ensure the delivery of developer-loved products. You will collaborate closely with AI researchers and engineers to transform cutting-edge AI capabilities into reliable, scalable developer experiences, directly influencing the future of real-time AI deployment.
Responsibilities
- Drive product vision and strategy for Inworld's products to enable the future of consumer-scale AI applications.
- Develop prototypes and ship new production features and products in collaboration with engineering, utilizing AI coding tools.
- Translate complex AI capabilities and technical constraints into clear, developer-friendly product experiences.
- Align product vision with business goals by working closely with C-level executives and industry leaders.
- Bridge technical innovation with real-world developer needs by partnering with AI researchers and engineers.
- Synthesize partner and ecosystem feedback into clear product requirements and a prioritized roadmap, leading pre- and post-launch execution.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
- 6+ years of product management experience with a track record of building 0→1 developer products in high-growth environments.
- Excitement about building the default infrastructure for real-time AI at consumer scale, including multimodal models, pipelines, and tools.
- Comfort owning outcomes with strong product judgment in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Founder-level mindset with the ability to identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive work forward independently.
- Hands-on builder experienced with AI coding tools for navigating codebases, mocking features, running experiments, and pulling data.
- Passion for learning and staying current with AI advancements and applications.
