Inworld is seeking a pioneering North America GTM Lead to join our team and expand our sales presence. This role involves managing key prospects and customers, translating complex needs into scalable solutions, and shaping the initial customer experience. You will build trust and technical credibility by collaborating with product, engineering, and growth teams to drive deals from start to finish, ensuring seamless adoption and long-term customer impact. Your contributions will be foundational to our Go-To-Market strategy, uncovering new market opportunities and influencing how Inworld scales its solutions across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business and oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring customer technical requirements are met.
- Translate customer needs into actionable technical requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
- Build external stakeholder credibility through technical fluency and solution-oriented thinking.
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound engagement, trend analysis, and collaboration with GTM Engineer and BDR teams.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, TPM, and Growth teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage Proofs of Concept (POCs) and utilize GTM tooling to accelerate deal cycles and improve win rates.
- Contribute to shaping GTM strategy by identifying new verticals, use cases, and expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (AE, SE, GTM Lead) with demonstrated technical aptitude.
- Strong technical background in AI, cloud, infrastructure, or software-related environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage external customer or partner relationships to achieve defined outcomes.
- Proven track record of independent execution, problem-solving, and meticulous follow-through.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business conversations.
- High level of empathy and integrity in client interactions.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and view constant change as an opportunity.
- Prior exposure to a product-led growth strategy and usage-based business model.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical domain.
