  • Oversee prioritization and resource allocation for product pods, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain the context-and-metrics layer, combining qualitative and quantitative signals for improved decision-making.
  • Manage the communication loop between go-to-market, engineering, and customers, including release communications and enablement.
  • Provide product signal and usage insights to other teams, such as sales and leadership, to inform actions and track progress.
  • Automate workflows and build agentic systems to orchestrate the work of multiple people, enabling faster iteration and prototyping.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management at B2B SaaS or AI-platform companies, with staff-level scope.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional influence and organizational impact, with experience in information architecture and cross-product strategy.
  • Proven ability as a systems thinker, designing processes, context, and metrics to maintain coherence across teams.
  • Experience imposing order on cross-team chaos through prioritization frameworks, operating cadences, or context systems.
  • Ability to translate between go-to-market and engineering, comfortable in customer conversations and spec reviews.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with diverse stakeholders and compress ambiguous input into clear direction.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and instrumentation, including SQL, product instrumentation, and modern analytics/BI tooling.
  • Experience building AI-native systems that orchestrate multiple people and understanding the operational complexity of LLM-based products.
  • Ability to filter noise, protect the organization from distractions, and redirect pods with evidence-based judgment.

Benefits

  • Equity in addition to competitive cash compensation
  • 100% Employer-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision options
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • $500 Annual Learning Fund
  • $100 Monthly Wellness Fund
