Hebbia is seeking an AI Strategist to drive the strategic deployment and measurable value creation of its AI platform across top global financial institutions. This role is pivotal in shaping how AI transforms the enterprise, moving beyond a typical post-sales function. You will act as a bridge between product, commercial strategy, and customer impact, understanding user workflows and embedding Hebbia's solutions to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate possesses curiosity, critical thinking, commercial acumen, and executive polish, thriving in fast-paced, unstructured environments where complex problems are solved and meaningful partnerships are built. This position is based in our New York City office and requires a 5-day per week in-office presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise with leading LLMs and Hebbia's product to apply AI to complex professional settings.
- Gain deep understanding of banking, financial, and legal workflows of users.
- Serve as a trusted AI advisor to customers, driving value and growth.
- Identify and capture customer value to support commercial strategy.
- Define and enhance internal processes for post-sales team efficiency and customer experience.
- Operate autonomously in dynamic environments, distilling complex problems and driving solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering, or Pre-Law preferred.
- 1-5 years of client-facing experience in investment banking, institutional investments, professional services, or corporate finance.
- Strong ownership mindset with a track record of outperformance and value creation.
- Experience and comfort with leading LLM models and tools.
