Hebbia is seeking an AI Strategist to join their Forward Deployed Banker team. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic deployment and measurable value creation of Hebbia's AI platform across top global financial institutions. You will be responsible for shaping how AI transforms the enterprise, acting as a bridge between product, commercial strategy, and customer impact. The ideal candidate will possess curiosity, critical thinking, commercial acumen, and executive polish, with the ability to move seamlessly between strategic conversations and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
- Develop expertise with leading LLMs and Hebbia's product to apply AI to complex professional settings.
- Gain deep understanding of banking, financial, and legal workflows of users.
- Become a trusted AI advisor to customer stakeholders, driving value and growth.
- Identify and capture value with customers to support commercial strategy.
- Define and enhance internal processes for post-sales team efficiency and customer experience.
- Operate autonomously in fast-moving environments to distill complex problems and drive solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering, or Pre-Law.
- 1-5 years of client-facing experience in investment banking, institutional investments, professional services, or corporate finance.
- Strong ownership mindset with a track record of outperformance and value creation.
- Experience and comfort with leading LLM models and tools.
