Hebbia is seeking a Client Partner to guide customers through their journey with our AI platform, ensuring they realize meaningful value and driving retention and revenue growth. This role involves combining strong product knowledge with analytical insight and trusted relationship management to move accounts through their lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Sales, AI Strategy, Product, and Engineering teams, acting as a tactical engine to execute strategies and collateral. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives at the intersection of technology and relationships, is curious about the future of AI in financial services, and is excited to drive impact.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers maximize Hebbia usage by driving adoption of key features and delivering measurable business impact.
- Develop deep product knowledge of the Hebbia platform and support customers in prompt engineering and template building.
- Triage customer needs, solve problems quickly, and coordinate cross-functionally to remove blockers.
- Track account health and usage trends, generate insights, and prepare executive-ready materials to demonstrate value.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with users and senior stakeholders at financial institutions.
- Understand customer contracts, flag risks, and identify opportunities to retain and grow revenue.
- Stay informed on AI trends and LLM applications in financial services, communicating Hebbia's differentiation credibly.
Requirements
- Meaningful experience in customer-facing enterprise SaaS roles (Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting), ideally with financial services exposure.
- Strong ownership mindset and initiative to close gaps.
- Distinctive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in prompt engineering, preferably AI-native with low-/no-code tools.
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills, able to present to end users and executives.
- Highly responsive, organized, and action-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- OTE compensation range of $75,000 - $150,000 (with potential bonus to $220,000).
