Hebbia is seeking an AI Strategist to join their AI Strategy Team. This role is crucial for driving the strategic deployment and measurable value creation of Hebbia's AI platform across top global financial institutions. You will shape how AI transforms the enterprise by bridging product, commercial strategy, and customer impact. The ideal candidate will possess curiosity, critical thinking, commercial edge, and executive polish, seamlessly moving between strategic conversations and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities
- Develop expertise with leading LLMs and Hebbia's product to apply AI to complex professional settings.
- Gain deep understanding of banking, financial, and legal workflows to serve as a core advisor.
- Identify and capture customer value to drive commercial strategy.
- Define and enhance internal processes for post-sales team efficiency and customer experience.
- Operate autonomously in unstructured environments to distill complex problems and drive solutions.
Requirements
- Law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent).
- 5-7 years of commercial legal experience, preferably in private equity, M&A, leveraged finance, DCM, investment funds, or comparable transactional practices at a leading law firm.
- Strong ownership mindset with a track record of outperformance and value creation.
- Experience with leading LLM models and tools, including building, testing, or researching them.
- Comfort with client-facing roles and relationship-building (bonus).
- Strong commercial acumen and experience driving revenue expansion, particularly with AI/SaaS in enterprises (bonus).
- Technical startup or founder experience, including building systems and processes for scale (bonus).
- LLM technical knowledge and practical experience implementing into professional workflows (bonus).
