Hebbia is seeking an AI Strategist to drive the strategic deployment and measurable value creation of its AI platform across top global financial institutions. This role is not a typical post-sales position; it involves shaping how AI transforms enterprises and requires individuals who can move seamlessly between strategic conversations and hands-on execution. AI Strategists will act as deep domain experts and problem-solvers, bridging product, commercial strategy, and customer impact to maximize ROI and transform how work gets done within client environments. The position is based in our New York City office and requires a 5-day per week in-office presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop expertise with leading LLMs and Hebbia's product to apply AI to complex professional settings.
- Gain deep understanding of banking, financial, and legal workflows of users.
- Serve as a trusted AI advisor to customer stakeholders, driving value and growth.
- Identify and capture value with customers to support the land-and-expand commercial strategy.
- Define and enhance internal processes and workflows for scalability and improved customer experience.
- Operate autonomously in fast-moving environments to distill complex problems and drive actionable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering, or Pre-Law preferred.
- 1-5 years of client-facing experience in investment banking, institutional investments, professional services, or Fortune 500 corporate finance.
- Demonstrated track record of outperformance, value creation, and expanded responsibilities.
- Experience and comfort with leading LLM models and tools.
