Glean is seeking driven engineers to tackle cutting-edge challenges in data and AI security and governance. In this fast-paced startup environment, you will empathize with customer needs, research the domain, and devise novel solutions to complex problems. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to balance engineering constraints with requirements, delivering intuitive and reliable experiences for enterprises to ensure user safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee greenfield features from inception to implementation, experimentation, and launch.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to understand problem spaces and create elegant solutions.
- Architect data pipelines, AI models, and REST APIs with stable, scalable server-side implementations to maximize product flexibility.
- Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product engineering.
- Experience developing enterprise security products.
- Experience using AI/ML in products.
- BA/BS in computer science or a related degree.
