Glean is seeking a Growth Data Scientist to join their Growth and Enterprise Readiness Data Science team. This role will focus on accelerating user adoption, engagement, and sustained product usage by partnering with Growth Product, Engineering, and Applied AI teams. You will translate ambiguous growth opportunities into measurable product strategies, build measurement and experimentation systems, and leverage behavioral data to identify areas where Glean can deliver more value to its users.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Glean’s growth measurement framework across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, resurrection, and expansion.
- Build and analyze end-to-end user and account growth funnels to understand user value, drop-off points, and predictive behaviors for durable engagement.
- Diagnose adoption gaps and develop growth strategies for enterprise accounts, identifying barriers and partnering on interventions.
- Identify and size high-leverage growth opportunities across onboarding, product discoverability, education, lifecycle messaging, collaboration, virality, and new product surfaces.
- Partner with R&D and Applied AI to translate product capabilities and insights into scalable adoption plays and targeted field interventions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate product ideas into testable hypotheses and well-defined success metrics.
