Glean is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Growth and Enterprise Readiness team. This role will focus on accelerating user adoption, engagement, and sustained product usage. You will be a key quantitative partner to Growth Product, Engineering, and Applied AI teams, translating ambiguous growth opportunities into measurable product strategies. Your work will involve building measurement and experimentation systems, and leveraging behavioral data to identify areas where Glean can deliver significantly more value to its users.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the growth measurement framework across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, resurrection, and expansion.
- Build and analyze user and account growth funnels to understand value drivers, drop-off points, and predictive behaviors for engagement.
- Diagnose adoption gaps and develop growth strategies for enterprise accounts, identifying barriers and partnering on interventions.
- Identify and quantify high-leverage growth opportunities across various product areas and user journeys.
- Collaborate with R&D and Applied AI to translate product capabilities and insights into scalable adoption plays.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate product ideas into testable hypotheses and success metrics.
