As the QA Lead, you will be instrumental in developing and driving the test automation charter, building frameworks, tools, and infrastructure for efficient and scalable testing across the Glean platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of test automation frameworks, emphasizing reliability, maintainability, and speed.
- Create reusable test libraries and components for cross-product area use.
- Lead the technical implementation of performance testing and monitoring solutions.
- Develop custom reporting and analytics tools for test coverage and quality metrics.
- Drive adoption of advanced testing technologies like visual testing, accessibility, security, and AI-assisted testing.
- Provide technical mentorship to QA engineers on automation best practices and framework usage.
- Optimize test execution pipelines for faster feedback in CI/CD environments.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in building test automation frameworks, tools, and infrastructure.
- Experience in leading technical implementation of performance testing and monitoring.
- Familiarity with newer testing technologies and approaches (visual testing, accessibility, security, AI-assisted testing).
- Experience in optimizing test execution pipelines for CI/CD environments.
- Technical mentorship experience for QA engineers.
