As Glean's Connectors PM, you will be responsible for expanding Glean's connectors library, improving and deepening our existing product integrations, and enhancing our Indexing API and custom connector capabilities. This role involves deeply understanding customer knowledge needs, developing key parts of the product roadmap by aligning customer needs with product vision, and empowering your team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment. You will drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution, while coordinating cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders. The role also includes building scalable processes to support rapid team and company growth.
Responsibilities
- Expand Glean's connectors library.
- Improve and deepen existing product integrations.
- Enhance the Indexing API and custom connector capabilities.
- Understand customer knowledge needs through direct engagement.
- Develop product roadmap by balancing customer needs and product vision.
- Empower the team with context, direction, and alignment.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a product manager at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience working on collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools is a plus.
- Strong technical background.
- Excellent analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of ownership, initiative, and delivering results.
