Glean is seeking a Product Manager for its Glean Model Hub to evaluate LLM models, define the roadmap for Glean's LLM portfolio, and manage relationships with inference and model providers. This role involves determining product strategy for customer experimentation with different LLMs, owning projections of LLM usage, cost, and capacity planning, and driving customer enablement for the latest LLMs and LLM-native capabilities. Glean is a Work AI platform that helps everyone work smarter with AI, evolving from enterprise search to a full-scale Work AI ecosystem powering intelligent Search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents on a secure, open platform. With over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors and flexible LLM choice, Glean provides the infrastructure to govern, scale, and customize AI across businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate LLM models and define the roadmap for Glean's LLM portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with inference and model providers.
  • Determine product strategy for customer experimentation with different LLMs.
  • Own projections of LLM usage, cost, and capacity planning.
  • Drive customer enablement and upgrade adoption for the latest LLMs and LLM-native capabilities.
  • Understand customer knowledge needs through direct engagement.
  • Develop key product roadmap components, aligning customer needs with product vision.
  • Empower the team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment.
  • Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and stakeholders.
  • Build scalable processes to support team and company growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience at SaaS companies serving large enterprises.
  • Experience spanning AI/ML Ops and external-facing platform capabilities.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Experience with both UX and API-driven products.
  • Experience building or working with LLMs for at-scale products is a significant advantage.
