Glean is seeking a Product Manager to focus on Agent Security & Governance for its Work AI platform. This role is crucial in addressing the daily challenges knowledge workers face in managing information. You will be instrumental in developing best-in-class products for knowledge curation, discovery, and management, contributing significantly to the evolution of our intelligent work assistant. As part of a lean product team, you will have a substantial impact on shaping the product roadmap and the team itself, collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to understand customer needs and build category-defining tools. This position offers the opportunity to gain both breadth and depth of experience by wearing many hats.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand customer knowledge needs through extensive customer interaction.
- Develop key product roadmap components, aligning customer needs with the product vision.
- Empower the team by providing context, setting direction, and fostering alignment.
- Drive customer-centric decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other stakeholders.
- Build scalable processes to support rapid team and company growth.
- Develop new technologies and product features for explainable AI systems.
- Identify and prevent various vectors of AI risks.
- Enhance observability, security, and privacy features for AI agents and underlying data.
Requirements
- Experience in product management, particularly in shaping product roadmaps and teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Success).
- Strong customer focus and ability to understand user needs.
- Experience in developing and launching new technologies and product features.
- Familiarity with AI security, governance, and privacy concepts.
- Experience in building scalable processes for growing teams.
