As part of a lean product team, the Product Manager will have a significant impact on both the product roadmap and the team's growth, collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success partners to understand customer needs and build category-defining tools.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand customer knowledge needs through extensive customer interaction.
- Develop key product roadmap components, aligning customer needs with product vision.
- Empower the team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment.
- Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Build scalable processes to support team and company growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a product manager at a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience working on collaboration, productivity, or ML/ranking tools is a plus.
- Strong technical background and excellent analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of taking ownership, initiative, and delivering results.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners.
