Glean is seeking a Product Management Lead to drive product strategy and execution for their Work AI platform. This role involves managing and growing a team of product managers, delivering best-in-class products for knowledge management, and contributing to the company's long-term vision of an intelligent work assistant. As part of a lean product team, you will have a significant impact on shaping the product roadmap and the team itself. You will collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams to understand customer needs and build category-defining tools, gaining both breadth and depth of experience.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer knowledge needs through direct engagement.
- Develop product roadmap by aligning customer needs with product vision.
- Empower the product management team by providing context, direction, and alignment.
- Drive customer-focused decisions, prioritization, and efficient execution.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and stakeholders.
- Build scalable processes to support team and company growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS companies serving large enterprises.
- Experience with customer-facing features and internal capabilities/services.
- Proven ability to manage and grow a team of product managers.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and product vision alignment.
- Experience in driving customer-focused decisions, prioritization, and execution.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in building scalable processes for rapid growth.
