Glean is seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in accordance with company policies. This role involves ensuring timely purchase requisition creation, purchase order issuance, contract lifecycle management, and vendor onboarding, all while maintaining high standards of compliance and audit readiness. The Analyst will collaborate with Legal, Security, Strategic Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Accounting, and Business teams to ensure adherence to policies and facilitate necessary approvals. The ideal candidate will possess strong process discipline, stakeholder management skills, and a drive for efficiency and control throughout the procurement lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support the Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) process, including reviewing support documents and assisting with vendor onboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, monitoring for roadblocks and suggesting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Glean's Global Procurement policy, controls, and guidelines.
- Review and validate purchase requisitions for completeness and proper GL/cost center coding, enforcing adherence to the Spend Approval Matrix.
- Support RFQs, RFPs, competitive bidding, supplier evaluation, proposal comparison, and commercial negotiations.
- Convert approved PRs into Purchase Orders (POs) and issue them to vendors.
