About the job

Glean is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to bridge the gap between its fast-moving Work AI platform and customer-facing teams. This role will transform product launches, roadmap updates, and complex features into clear narratives, workflows, and training materials to drive adoption and revenue. A key aspect of this position involves building an AI-first enablement vision, leveraging Glean and AI agents to provide role-aware guidance and continuous learning, moving beyond traditional one-off training sessions. The ideal candidate will be excited about using AI to create new workflows and processes from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Translate product releases, specifications, and technical documentation into actionable guidance for go-to-market teams, including usage scenarios, target personas, and key talking points.
  • Develop and manage a comprehensive product enablement program for GTM teams, covering new features, core product knowledge, advanced AI capabilities, and platform messaging.
  • Create and deliver engaging enablement sessions focused on hands-on practice, demonstrations, and real-world application, rather than solely relying on presentations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Outcomes teams to ensure GTM readiness for product releases, including talk tracks, demo flows, and objection handling.
  • Integrate product knowledge into broader enablement programs like onboarding, certifications, and deal coaching to influence sales and support practices.
  • Design and implement an AI-first process for translating product changes into structured launch briefs, role-based guidance, and practice exercises using Glean and AI agents.
  • Partner with Technical Enablement and AI product teams to build AI-powered enablement tools, such as real-time coaching within existing workflows.
  • Champion and co-design the AI-first enablement system, contributing to early-stage projects and incorporating field feedback.

Requirements

  • Experience at the intersection of Product, Product Marketing, and GTM Enablement.
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, actionable guidance for customer-facing teams.
  • Experience designing and delivering impactful enablement programs and training sessions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Familiarity with embedding learning into existing workflows and processes.
  • Experience or strong interest in designing and operating AI-first systems and workflows.
  • Ability to work with AI product teams to build new enablement surfaces.
