Gamma is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to help integrate its visual communication layer into various platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, and Salesforce. This role involves hands-on solution building, working with enterprise customers on AI transformation, and enabling platform partners to build on Gamma's API. You will collaborate with engineering, product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure reliable and useful integrations, and to influence the API product roadmap based on customer and partner feedback. The position emphasizes a strong in-office culture with 4-5 days per week in New York, offering flexibility for focused work from home.
Responsibilities
- Build custom workflows and reference implementations for B2B use cases using Gamma's API, MCP connectors, and automation platforms.
- Partner with engineering on core infrastructure and own the final stages of integration: configuration, testing, documentation, and shipping.
- Architect integration workflows with enterprise customers, mapping use cases, and managing technical security and compliance.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic partners building on Gamma's API, assisting with scoping and unblocking technical issues.
- Create developer resources such as reference implementations, solution blueprints, and sample code.
- Support marketplace listing processes, including security reviews and certification.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production API integrations.
- Strong command of RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhook systems, and error handling at scale.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers on technical implementations.
- Strong technical communication skills, including debugging and documentation.
- Proactive and self-directed with comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Experience in the LLM/AI agent ecosystem, platform partnerships, or developer advocacy is a plus.
