Responsibilities
- Own the agentic systems behind Flint's core product, focusing on reliability, capability, and observability in production.
- Develop the pipeline for ingesting customer websites and extracting brand signals for content generation.
- Build and maintain multi-agent architectures designed to handle real traffic and edge cases.
- Implement evaluations and testing procedures for agentic systems.
- Integrate agent capabilities into the broader platform in collaboration with product engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience building production agent systems.
- Deep hands-on experience with prompt engineering, context optimization, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience debugging agents in production and ensuring predictability at scale.
- Strong full-stack foundation, as agents do not operate in isolation.
