Enterprises are building AI factories, which are full-stack, on-prem and colocated deployments of compute, networking, storage, and models. This role is for a Partnerships Lead who will create alliances with OEMs and silicon providers to offer a pre-integrated bundle, with Fireworks as the operating system. You will own the entire process from defining the bundle and joint pricing to creating the go-to-market plan and driving repeatable revenue. This is an opportunity to define the AI factory category.
Responsibilities
- Build alliances across the AI infrastructure stack (OEMs, silicon providers).
- Define the reference bundle with Fireworks as the serving and orchestration layer.
- Validate joint architectures with engineering teams.
- Structure and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Build and execute joint go-to-market plans, including identifying ideal customer profiles and field plays.
- Enable field sellers on the joint offering.
- Drive deals end-to-end with partner sellers and manage the forecast.
Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise infrastructure, with experience building and scaling at least one joint offering.
- Key relationships with at least two of the following: Dell, HPE, NVIDIA, AMD, or equivalent OEM.
- Understanding of the AI factory stack.
- Experience with integrated offerings (appliance or validated design programs).
