This role focuses on the Retailer Growth Data team, developing AI/ML systems for paid marketing and top-of-funnel acquisition. Opportunities include optimizing bidding, keyword intelligence, audience targeting, and incrementality estimation. There's a significant chance to explore AI/ML and LLMs for programmatic content creation, reinforcement learning, and landing page optimization to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive data science vision, strategy, and execution within Retailer Growth using AI/ML solutions.
- Develop end-to-end product solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Automate AEO content creation and personalize user landing experiences using AI-driven behavioral insights.
- Optimize marketing capital allocation through advanced targeting and bidding strategies.
- Implement rigorous experimentation and causal inference frameworks to measure growth lever impact.
- Engineer scalable solutions for complex two-sided marketplace dynamics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience applying machine learning to solve real-world problems.
- Experience with relevant business problems, such as e-commerce.
- Experience with relevant technical methods including LTV modeling, NLP, LLMs, causal ML, and bidding optimization.
- Strong programming skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Ability to design and implement ML solutions independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
