Factory is seeking innovative AI Engineers to develop and enhance advanced AI systems aimed at revolutionizing software development productivity and innovation. This role involves designing, building, and deploying AI-driven agentic systems that will be integral to Factory's core AI capabilities. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate cutting-edge AI research into practical, customer-focused solutions, and participate in iterative development cycles, prototyping and refining AI functionalities based on user feedback. A key aspect of this role is proactively identifying and resolving challenges related to product stability and scalability to ensure the Factory Platform can meet large-scale operational demands, while also leading efforts in large-scale data processing to boost the reliability and effectiveness of our AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven agentic systems to enhance core AI capabilities.
- Integrate emerging AI research findings into practical, customer-centric solutions.
- Rapidly prototype and refine AI functionalities based on real-world feedback.
- Identify and address product stability and scalability challenges.
- Lead the exploration and integration of large-scale data processing techniques.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency with LLMs and experience applying AI/ML to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Experience in software engineering or related domains is ideal.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage ambiguous research projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset oriented towards innovation.
- Experience with data-intensive applications is desirable.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle is desirable.
