We are seeking a Founding Engineer to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end features across our web applications and backend services. This role involves building internal evaluation infrastructure for AI and LLM healthcare finance applications, and architecting scalable, secure, and reliable systems that integrate with various healthcare platforms. You will also drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation, contributing to a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
- Comfortable with LLM applications and containerized deployments.
- Ability to thrive in complex and ambiguous environments, prioritizing collaboration.
- Willingness to contribute wherever needed in a fast-paced team environment.
