Responsibilities
- Instrument the performance of healthcare AI Employees in production.
- Identify areas where quality degrades.
- Design experiments to improve AI Employee performance.
- Collaborate with clinical experts to ensure improvements lead to better patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong analytical judgment.
- Comfort operating with incomplete information.
- Genuine interest in the healthcare domain.
- Clinical experience is valued but not required.
