ElevenLabs is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to contribute to the development of next-generation Creative Agents. This role involves building systems that transform user ideas into high-quality audio, image, and video, integrating advanced models and creative tools. You will join a small, autonomous team responsible for the complete product lifecycle, from frontend and backend development to agent architecture and infrastructure deployment. The position requires a blend of strong engineering skills, product judgment, and the ability to iterate based on customer feedback, shaping both the capabilities and user experience of creative agents.
Responsibilities
- Design and build complete agent-powered features, including frontend interfaces, application state, backend services, APIs, and data storage.
- Develop agent capabilities and integrations, such as model orchestration, creative tools, and asynchronous workflows for media generation.
- Build and operate the infrastructure supporting these features, focusing on quality, performance, scalability, and security.
- Take ownership of problem areas from discovery and prototyping through to deployment and ongoing operation, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Strong engineering skills across both frontend and backend, with a proven track record of independently building complete production applications.
- Proficiency in designing user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data models, understanding their integration within a system.
- Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment, asynchronous processing, testing, and observability, with full-stack debugging capabilities.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership, strong product judgment, and clear communication skills.
- Excitement for creative agents and the ability to learn quickly in a rapidly evolving field.
- Experience building production agents, evaluations, MCP integrations, creative editors, or multimodal products is highly valuable.
- Experience working in a small, fast-moving team is a plus.
