Elastic is seeking an innovative Agentic AI Engineer to join their IT team. This role will focus on building multi-agent ecosystems that go beyond simple chat to collaborate, delegate tasks, and execute complex business processes across the organization. You will work with large language models (LLMs), agent orchestration, and agent-to-agent (A2A) integration frameworks to power an intelligent workforce. The goal is to create workflows for multiple agents, enabling them to communicate, share information, access enterprise tools, and automate tasks, ultimately empowering internal teams with cutting-edge LLM capabilities and integrating seamlessly with enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy agent-to-agent (A2A) communication architectures and workflows for autonomous agents to collaborate, delegate tasks, and negotiate multi-step business processes.
- Integrate advanced LLMs (proprietary and open-source) with enterprise APIs, using tool-calling methods and connecting with third-party SaaS applications.
- Implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and strategies to connect enterprise context using search and vector storage engines, ensuring accurate and reliable inter-agent operations.
