We are seeking a Software Engineer for our User Operations team to own and build our product quality infrastructure and tooling. This role involves creating systems that capture, triage, route, and act on customer and product feedback at scale. You will develop AI-powered systems to synthesize customer signals, build dashboards and data pipelines for real-time visibility into quality trends, and create intelligent bug intake and triage systems. This is an internal-facing role with a direct impact on product quality, focused on closing the loop between customer experience and product development. Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered systems to synthesize customer signal at scale, route feedback, and surface customer voice to shape product decisions.
- Build dashboards and data pipelines for real-time visibility into bug volume, quality trends, and product area performance.
- Create intelligent bug intake and triage systems for agentic pipelines that produce well-written, prioritized bug reports.
- Build integrations across the tooling ecosystem, including ticketing systems, payment processes, CRM, and data warehouse.
- Partner with domain specialists and support engineers to identify pain points and deliver solutions.
Requirements
- Experience working cross-functionally to deliver impactful technical projects and systems.
- Experience building internal tools, developer platforms, or operations infrastructure.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, comfortable owning projects from database to UI.
- Experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and analytics tooling.
- Deep product knowledge of Cursor and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Experience integrating with third-party platforms like ticketing systems, payment processors, and CRMs.
- Strong sense of ownership and a bias for action.
- Self-starter with curiosity, creativity, and a distaste for manual toil.
