SpaceXAI is building the future of coding by training frontier coding agents and scaling reinforcement learning (RL) on real user data to make them increasingly effective. As a Research Engineer, you will build the training, inference, and data systems behind our frontier coding models. You will work directly with researchers to make progress repeatable and iteration fast.
Responsibilities
- Build distributed training, inference, and RL infrastructure
- Write libraries to simplify large-scale data jobs for researchers
- Architect systems to transform user data into effective training data
Requirements
- Strong infrastructure/distributed systems background
- Ability to architect and ship end-to-end solutions with high ownership
- Strong intuitions about how language models work
- Excitement to learn more about ML
