Crusoe is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for its rapidly scaling Managed AI Services portfolio. Launched in late 2025, this business has already secured significant ARR commitments and is expanding to include Managed Inference, Serverless Fine Tuning, Reinforcement Learning, and Agent Sandbox. As VP, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, execution, and roadmap of this business, reporting to the SVP of Product Management. You will lead the portfolio as a business unit, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships and aligning with Crusoe's vertically integrated cloud strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Managed AI Services portfolio.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of product managers.
- Partner with engineering, technical program management, product partnerships, marketing, customer success, and sales to define requirements and prioritize features.
- Own and drive the business metrics for the portfolio, including usage, reliability, KPIs, pipeline, revenue, gross margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Shape go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and partnerships.
- Build relationships with key customers and ecosystem partners, translating feedback into product improvements.
- Track the competitive landscape and emerging technologies in Managed AI.
- Identify and resolve technical and commercial risks, infrastructure bottlenecks, and scaling challenges.
- Manage product budgets and resources against business goals.
Requirements
- Proven product management track record with AI/ML services, including experience building and scaling AI managed services.
- First-hand experience with AI managed services such as inference, tuning, reinforcement learning, and agent sandboxes.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies and trends.
- Experience managing and launching technical products for AI-native, digital-native, and enterprise customers.
- Proven experience building, leading, and mentoring product management teams.
- Strategic leadership abilities, including setting vision and making decisions with incomplete information.
- Analytical rigor, with comfort interpreting complex data to drive product strategy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate product management.
